Biocompatible SL resin for fast, accurate medical and dental applications

Somos® BioClear is a highly accurate stereolithography material designed for precise dental and medical applications that need the assurance of biocompatibility. This clear resin combines ABS-like mechanical properties such as strength and toughness with moisture resistance and the ability to withstand solvents and other common chemicals.

Somos® BioClear is one of several pre-qualified resins configured for the V650™ Flex SL printer. It has passed stringent tests for cytotoxicity (ISO 10993-5), irritation and sensitization (ISO 10993-10) and USP Class VI designation

• Biocompatible per ISO 10993-5, ISO 10993-10 and USP Class VI standards
• Capable of multiple forms of sterilization
• Resistant to moisture, common chemicals and solvents
